How much will it cost me to apply for a FSP License?

  • For an extremely simple CAT 1 FSP with one key individual and 1 representative it’s around R1 947.00 per month depending on the size and complexity of the FSP

  • Our compliance fees include everything you need

What qualifications does one need to become a Representative?

  • FSCA Recognised Qualification

  • Relevant Experience Per Product as per DOFA Record

  • RE5 Certificate

  • Class of Business training

  • Honesty, Integrity & Good Standing

What qualifications does one need to become a Key Individual?

  • FSCA Recognised Qualification

  • Relevant Experience Per Product as per DOFA Record

  • RE 1 & RE5 Certificate (If CATll RE3 also required)

  • Class of Business training

  • Honesty, Integrity & Good Standing

  • Operational Ability

  • Minimum 1 year Management Experience in the relevant Class of Business
